Returns & Exchanges
Oh-no! We really want you to love your new artwork, but if you don’t, that's okay too. We are happy to work with you to return or exchange your artwork.
We give you seven days after receiving your artwork to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition as received.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returns on framed or mounted artwork, as they are custom cut. We are happy to work with you to do an exchange instead to avoid these fees where possible.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it appears the artwork was damaged during shipping, please photograph the outer packaging to help us in working with the shipping company.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at service@filledframe.com. Return instructions will vary based on the mounting and framing options that you selected, so be sure to contact us before repackaging your artwork. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
