Timeframes

Below are the steps and relevant timeframes for Quotes and Orders from FilledFrame:

Quotes - We are currently producing quotes manually, though we plan to automate the process in the near future. Quotes typically take 1/2 hour to produce, though if you request a quote outside of our (admittedly weird) business hours they can take up to 8 hours. 

Order Confirmation - Once an order is placed we will reach out to the photographer to get the full-resolution image and give them an opportunity to complete any necessary editing to make sure the photograph will look great on your wall. This typically takes 1-2 days, though it can be longer if the creator is in the field or off the grid. 

Quality Check - Once we get the image from the photographer we do a final quality check before sending it off to the print lab. It is only after the QC is complete and your order sent to our print lab that your credit card will be charged. We will send you an update at this time. 

Fulfillment - Prints typically take 3-5 days to produce and ship. We will let you know when they are on the way. 

Shipping - Orders typically take 3-5 days. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is available.
